I am pleased to inform you that Luminant and TXU Energy have emerged from the Chapter 11 process as a standalone company. Oncor’s emergence from bankruptcy is proceeding on a separate timetable. I want to emphasize at the outset: our emergence from this process would not have been possible without the support of all of our stakeholders, including members of the Texas Legislature. We are grateful and deeply appreciative for the spirit of cooperation that has governed our relationship throughout the process.
