Vistra President Testifies Before Pennsylvania Legislature

Vistra’s Scott Hudson, President Retail, testified before the Pennsylvania House Consumer Affairs Committee in their hearing on the “State of the Electricity Market”, noting the 25^th anniversary of the Electricity Generation Customer Choice and Competition Act. Hudson noted the great benefits competition has brought to Pennsylvania consumers and how the advent of electric competition was the beginning of consumer empowerment in energy usage, giving them choice, convenience and control.
