TXU Energy and Vistra today affirmed their efforts to help customers impacted by recent storms in Texas. Individual customers impacted by the storm are able to get assistance in the form of extend payment due dates, reduced down payments and deferred balance payments. Additionally, bill-payment assistance is available through TXU Energy Aid.
